Inside and out
Indoors, we reseal baths, showers, basins, wet rooms, worktops and sinks, and regrout tired tiling. Outside, we renew the mastic around windows and doors, brickwork movement joints, gutter joints and fascias, and traditional sand mastic on sash and case windows.

How much does a mastic man cost?
Every job is different, so we don’t publish set prices. Call or email us with a few details and we’ll give you a clear quote before any work starts. Our guide to what affects the cost explains the main factors.
Do you remove the old sealant first?
Always. New silicone doesn’t bond to old silicone, so sealing over the top fails. We cut out every bit of the old sealant, clean and dry the joint, then apply the new bead.
How long before I can use my bath or shower?
Usually around 24 hours, but it depends on the product and the conditions. We’ll tell you before we leave.
What guarantee do you give?
Every job comes with our one-year guarantee. We’re fully insured and an ARBOMaster approved applicator.
