Bathroom reseal, Crossways, Three Bridges
A 1950s terrace where black mould kept coming back around the bath. Someone had sealed over the old, failed sealant, so the mould was underneath from the start. We took both layers out, cleaned and dried the joint and applied Everbuild anti-fungal white silicone. Done in under three hours.
New-build shower reseal, Forge Wood
The shower tray seal had failed after 16 months because the builder’s sealant went onto a gritty, unprimed surface. We removed it all, primed the surfaces and resealed the tray and enclosure joints with sanitary silicone.
Kitchen reseal, Harper Drive, Maidenbower
Water was getting behind the worktop. The original sealant, around 30 years old, had shrunk away from the wall. We stripped the worktop joint, upstand and sink surround, used a colour-matched sanitary silicone and a food-safe product beside the sink, and finished the same day.
